The product is simple and works, but it overcounts steps. When I wake up in the morning still in bed, I already have almost 100 steps for the day. The calorie burned is also inaccurate. I left it on yoga and had it off my wrist and said I burned 243 calories in 45 minutes with no heart rate, but when my heart rate is 140 I only burned 93 calories, which is way off for my weight and height per heart rate. You do get what you pay for

It works good, no complain about performance, appearance and value for money but unfortunately the touch settings that make it switch modes is way to sensitive so any time i cross my armas or depending how I’m sitting on the couch if my wrist lean in my leg a bit harder it vibrates and changes the screen mode. Also i was unablw to use the sleep mode for the same reason. If im laying down at some point the screen is pressed and it leaves the sleep mode. I thought i would be able to disable this feature in some way, but I’m not.

Inaccurate measurements

I ordered this mainly for step count. Step counts seemed to be fairly accurate.
Blood pressure constantly read 12 to 20 points low no matter where I placed it on my arm.
Could never get the sleep to register regularly.
Slow call and text notications.
After wearing 24 hours my arm developed a rash under the watch which is slowly healing after removing the watch.

How could something so small be so annoying?

I liked this fitness tracker because it’s narrow and not bulky so I could wear it comfortably, even at night to track my sleep. I has a few super annoying features that cannot be turned off. One is every time you put any pressure on it (lay your other arm over it) it vibrates and goes into setting mode. To get it out of setting mode you have to scroll through all the settings. I gave up on keeping the watch face I liked because it changes every time it goes into setting mode. Also, the annoying bright light that goes off every time I lift my arm while I’m in bed, wakes me and my husband up….along with the vibration every time I put pressure on it! I tried turning these features off on the app, but I couldn’t. Who designs these things? Really?
