What if there is no C-wire?
Package including a C-wire adapter and requires your system to have the following wires:
4 wires: W/W1 ,Y/Y1 ,G,and R(or Rc or Rh). Or 3 wires: Y/Y1 ,G,and R(or Rc or Rh)
If you do not have these wires, your system may not be compatible with.
Why is the temperature display inaccurate 0.5 hours after the temperature control screen is turned on?
If the displayed temperature is inaccurate within 1.5 hours after you install and turn on the temperature control screen, please do not adjust it, the product will adjust itself during this time period;
Could the temperature be adjusted manually?
Of course you can adjust it in “Menu->Settings->T/H Correction”.
How does the included sensor work?
You can set the working time for the sensor. And in this time, when the presence of a human body is detected, the temperature displayed is the average value of the temperature sensed by the temperature control screen and the sensor;
