Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese healing technique that has been inherited for thousands of years in China.Gua sha is sometimes referred to as “scraping”, “spooning” or “coining” by English speakers.It is a simple and efficient healing technique, with immediate results.
Easy to use:
First, wash the scraping tool and apply essential oil on the body.
Second, use a light to medium pressure, scrape with an upward and outward direction on body and face. The scraping time is generally 3 to 5 minutes for each body part and the longest is no more than 20 minutes.
