How do I install the car mount?
1) IMPORTANT: Wash your windshield, window or mirror with glass cleaner.
2) Wet the suction cup a little with a damp cloth.
3) Press suction cup against the flat surface/windshield and push tab down to lock into place.
3) Adjust phone mount in position as desired with knobs, by following included instructions.
4) The phone mount is spring-loaded, so pull it open to insert your phone.
Does this car mount attach to the dash?
No. It only adheres to any slick flat surface, especially glass. It does not adhere to the dashboard itself.
Will this car mount hold my phone model?
It comes with a Universal Cell Phone Holder that fits devices that measure from 2.17″ to 3.62″ wide. If you are having difficulty, please check your phone case to make sure it is able to mount flat against the holder, as well as make sure your phone case is not a slick surface. If you have something attached on the back of your phone case, like a ring, it will not sit flat against the phone mount, which can interfere with the secure hold.
