Believe it or not, this little gem of a tool has become our absolute favorite massage tool of the set. Use it to massage your neck, face, forearms, back, legs, feet…basically anywhere you feel tense or tight.
Use the concave longer side of the tool for rounded areas like your arms, calves, cheeks, etc. Use the top of the ‘heart’ to straddle bone like on your spine and neck. Use the pointed tip to get at an release smaller, tighter areas, or specific trigger points.The long rounded edge is excellent for massaging the bottom of your feet!
Proper Directional Use for Your Roller
After cleansing your face, apply your favorite essential oil or serum. Think about working upwards and outwards with your face roller. Use the larger for your neck, cheeks and forehead. Use the small roller for more sensitive areas such as under your eyes, along your nose and above your lips. Repeat 3-6 times for each area. We recommend doing one half of your face starting at your neck, moving upwards and then repeating those steps on the opposite side of your face.
Caring for Your Face Roller + Gua Sha Tool
The rose quartz roller & gua sha should be wiped clean with a soft cloth and either warm water or rubbing alcohol after each use.Remember that your facial roller and gua sha massager are made of 100% natural rose quartz, so be careful not to drop these tools on hard surfaces. They will get damaged.We recommend storing your face roller and gua sha in their original box to keep them clean and protected. You may choose to store the entire box in the refrigerator to keep them chilled – which is our favorite way to use them each morning.
