SCREEN SAVER & NO DISTRACTION

EASY TO INSTALL AND USE.
EASY INSTALLTON FOR CAR
Fit the dash cam and the suction mount together, attach the car cam to the windshield, connect the type c interface and the car ignition port with a car charger, and then use the crowbar and cable clamp to hide the charger cable in the gap of the windshield and the storage box.
CONNECT CAR IGNITION
The car charger is used to connect the 4K dash cam and the car ignition to charge. Note: This 4k dash cam is currently only suitable for cars with car ignition. The built-in battery only supports emergency recording and cannot be used as a power source for the front and inside dash cam.
EASY TO REMOVE
If you want to remove this 4K car cam from the suction cup, just press the unlock button with your fingers upward and pull it out in the outward direction at the same time, you can easily separate the car cam and suction cup.
Q: Why does the interior camera have dark image quality?
A:Since the interior camera has built-in infrared lights to obtain clear video in dark environments, when the infrared lights are triggered, the interior camera will display the image in black and white. This is a normal phenomenon.
There should be no obstacles within 15cm of the internal camera, or the infrared light will be touched by mistake, causing the recorder to change to black-and-white image quality.
This is the function of dashcam’s infrared lights. It is not a problem with dashcam. Please don’t worry!
Q: Do I have to connect to WiFi to use and operate this GOODTS 4K dash cam?
A: No, absolutely not, this dashcam can connect to the app via wifi to play back videos and manage settings. When the dashcam is in the normal recording state, the red indicator flashes once per second to indicate that it is recording, and you can connect the PC through a card reader (inserted into the dashcam’s memory card) to play back the video. This means you don’t need to connect to the app every time you use this dashcam.
Q: Is it only possible to use this 4k dash cam to connect to the LuckyCam application through WiFi? Is it possible to connect through Bluetooth?
A: Yes, this 4K car camera is only connected to the LuckyCam application through WiFi, please note that there is absolutely no Bluetooth connection.
Q: Do I need to use the car charger in the packaging to connect the car ignition?
A: Yes, due to the special design of this 4K car dash cam and the lack of a built-in battery, there is no compatible car charger available on the market. Therefore, it is necessary to use the dedicated car charger connection provided by the GOODTS manufacturer to power the dashcam. Otherwise, if other power cords are used, this dashcam will not be able to be turned on.
Q: Will this 4K dash cam with wifi still work if the car is turned off?
A: Since the dash cam and the car ignition are connected through a car charger, once the car is turned off, the dash cam will shut down immediately and cannot continue to work.
Q: Why does this 4K dash cam with wifi suddenly switch on and off when the car engine is turned off and the doors are opened/closed?
A:This is because you have park mode on. When the car is closed and parked, the vibration of opening/closing the door is recognized as a car crash. This will automatically turn on and record an emergency video before turning off.
If you really don’t like this, we recommend turning off Parking Mode. However, be aware that if Parking Mode is turned off, it will not activate automatically to preserve important evidence should your car be hit while parked.
Q: Does this GOODTS 4K CAR CAMERA have built-in GPS?
A: This 4K dash cam does not have GPS. Please carefully read the product instructions for this 4K dash cam on this page when purchasing.
Q: Why do I have to reconnect to WiFi every time I turn on this 4K dash cam? Is there any way to solve this problem?
A: Because for Android phones, constantly connecting to WiFi may prevent you from accessing the internet and receiving information using phone data, the default setting is to turn on this 4K dash cam every time. If you need to connect to WiFi, you will need to reconnect. In fact, you don’t need to always connect to WiFi because playing recorded videos can also be played on the dash cam while ensuring it is recording. If you don’t want to reconnect to WiFi every time you open the car cam, please get in touch with us to obtain a special software upgrade file to solve it.
Q: Do I need to download a dedicated application?
A: At present, this dash cam can be operated with or without WIFI connection in the application. While ensuring that the dash cam is recording, the recorded video can be played on the dash cam. The red indicator light flashes once per second to indicate that recording is in progress, and if it is not flashing, it indicates that recording is not in progress.
However, if you do not like connecting to WiFi and managing dashcam through the application, we sincerely recommend that you do not open WiFi and playback the video on the dash cam if necessary.
