Volume Adjustment Methods
1. adjust the phone volume itself to the max
2. turn on phone microphone volume at bluetooth setting page and adjust bluetooth volume to the proper level. Go to the phone page ‘Setting’>’Sound&vibration’>’Volume’ to adjust the proper volume for call/music/AI voice.
3. if your phone has ‘sound booster’, turn on it, which helps the bluetooth earbud sound more loud and clear.
One side can’t work with the other side earbud-Solution
1. deleted the paired name at bluetooth list page.
2. ensure 2 earbuds and charging case has enough power
3. put 2 wireless earbuds into the charging case and then take them out
4. wait for some seconds, 2 earbuds will connect each other automatically. When 2 earbuds connect successfully, one has no light, the other blink light
5. search pair name A68 and connect with your device again
