Friendly Printing Experience: Comgrow T300 3d printer supports 600mm/s max speed with 12000mm/s² acceleration. You can complete models efficiently, saving time to wait for print jobs and keep good printing quality at the same time. Moreover, it uses an inductive sensor to accurately level 81 points on the print platform, just lay back and enjoy, there is no need to participate manually throughout the process, making leveling much easier. The build plate automatically heats up before auto-leveling to match the actual printing flatness. Moreover, it still retains manual leveling, customers can choose to completely level the hot bed in a way they like.
More Accurate: As a new generation of firmware, Klipper firmware makes every step movement accurate to within 25 microseconds (0.000025s) precisely. The preasure advance function allows the pressure in the hot end to be fully controlled, which greatly reduces ozze, minimizes lamination and improves edge precision. Input shaping/resonance compensation allows the printer to measure and calibrate acceleration/deceleration, in addition to working with kinematic equations to obtain more accurate movement times, thus reducing ringing/ghosting and dramatically improving overall print speed and smoothness. The 64-bit microcomputer perfectly adapted to Klipper.
High-temperature Printing: All-metal hotend equips hardened nozzle, which enhances wear-resistance, enabling printing of mixed carbon fiber or more abrasive and exotic filaments. The hotend can be heated to 300℃ quickly, which enables the printer can be compatible with more kinds of filaments, including TPU, PETG-CF, PLA, PETG, Carbon Fiber and Wood. Direct drive extruder provide consistent extrusion and precise retraction, 6.5:1 gear ratio, 50N pulling strength ensures smooth extrusion.
Stable Structure: Comgrow T300 3d printer can print 11.81*11.81*13.78inch large size models. It equips full-metal frame and components almost, which made the printer more stable when printing. With a net weight of 17kg, the T300 is 70% heavier than other printers with similar print volumes because of its rugged aluminum profile. However, it can reduce the wobble in printing to improve print quality. The CNC support frame adds a safety lock to the already solid and stable extrusion structure, minimizing structural vibration caused by axial movement. And the wrap-around structure keeps the linear guides and belts in a more stable working environment from the accidental contact outside.
More Upgraded Design: The powerful 8500 rpm wind of the 5025 high-speed fan allows for rapid cooling of the consumables, even at higher extrusion flows, avoiding problems such as lamination, drawing, and poor hanging prints. Optimized circular air guides allow the wind to be better focused on the freshly extruded consumables from all sides, and designed air outlets allow for higher and more powerful wind speeds. Even at a flow rate of 30mm^3/s, there is still no pressure. Also, the hot end equips a LED light for monitoring prints in low-light conditions. T300 uses one 4.3′ touch screen with 85° viewing angle, it is easy to operate and smooth viewing.
