MerryIoT Air Quality CO2 is smartly designed with a proximity detector, triggering the LED indicator with a simple hand wave. This feature not only enhances user interaction but also conserves power.
The color LED provides instant air quality feedback after a wave, and a built-in buzzer sounds an alarm if the CO2 level exceeds the recommended threshold. It is advised to keep indoor CO2 levels near 400 ppm, staying below 800 ppm.

Install and launch the ‘MerryIoT for Amazon Sidewalk’ app on your phone, then register your account.
Add Devices to App
Press the + button in the app, and scan the QR code located on the back of your MerryIoT sensor.
Confirm Connection
After successful pairing and connecting to Amazon Sidewalk, the sensor’s LED will stay on for 3 sec.
Activate your sensor
Press the button to activate the sensor and start sending real-time status updates on the app.
Setup Complete
The ‘signal icon’ will appear on the app’s dashboard when the sensor is fully prepared to function.

Which app should I download?

Why am I receiving the error message ‘Device was not found’ while attempting to pair my MerryIoT sensor through the app?
The MerryIoT Sidewalk sensor app is specifically designed for the MerryIoT sensor versions that are compatible with Sidewalk. Please verify with your supplier whether your purchased MerryIoT sensor version is correct.
Why do I have to sign in twice via Google/Apple ID?
The first sign in is a pre-sign up step in AWS Cognito, managing third-party social media registrations for MerryIoT Sensors. After that, the mobile app redirects to the sign in page again, allowing you to successfully sign in to the mobile app.
Why does the app malfunction when I log in or switch accounts?
If the app shows abnormalities after the initial login or account switch, please close the app completely and then re-open it.
