1. Why doesn’t the ML100 Bluetooth receiver work?
Please fully charge the ML100 Bluetooth receiver before use. The battery may run out after using it for a period of time. If the battery is sufficient but it still cannot be paired, you can reset it before use.
2. ML100 cannot pair with Bluetooth or often disconnects?
Please restore the factory settings : Hold (+and-) button for about 10 seconds, LED flashes purple for 3times.Then reconnect and use.
3. The sound is not good?
Make sure the interface is fully inserted when using it, check whether the ML100 is low in power and charge it in time.
4. ML100 has static sound?
ML100 supports powering on while charging, but due to the influence of current, static electricity will interfere with the playback sound quality. If it affects the playback experience, it is recommended not to charge it during use.
5. Cannot be used on an airplane? Cannot be used with Bluetooth headphones?
