Why is there no video output?
1. Make sure all cables are firmly inserted into the ports
2. USB-C port on the source device can support USB-C Display Alt-Mode for video output.
3. Check if the distance is too far. Note: that obstacles, walls, may reduce the distance.
Why does the transmitter fail to start or keep rebooting?
1. Check the USB-C port power supply
2. Make sure the source USB-C port can support video output and enough power current output.
3. Make sure the TX and RX has paired and Connected.
Is your screen not showing on the display when you press the button?
1. Make sure to use the included power cable and HDMI signal cable.
2. Make sure that the USB port connected to the display has sufficient power supply capacity.
How will the resolution of the display change?
The receiver (RX) will display the resolution according to the connected monitor (the max output specification is 1080p, which means that if the TV is only 720p, it will only display 720, and if the TV is 4K, it will only display 1080 at the max).
Can a phone with a Lightning interface use this wireless transmitter through an adapter?
Since the Lightning interface does not support DP Alt Mode for video output functionality, it cannot be directly compatible with this wireless transmission device through an adapter, and therefore, the device cannot be used for wireless transmitter.
