I LOVE this crossbody adjustable style!! I’m very fit but have quite a large chest so it’s PERFECT size-wise. I use for Instacarting and it’s a game changer for hands free shopping while needing to scan as I go. I don’t mind the heavier weight, to the beautiful gunmetal chain, as it feels sturdy and well-made. Saying that, I did need to order a new one (1 year 6 months later) as the tension clip holding phone is starting to get lax (caused me to drop said phone and shatter cameras while working which was not a cheap fix). As well as, the clips are weakening (started ant 1 year) and one pops open all the time now, making the whole thing slide off my body. The initial rings that connected the chain to the sides, broke within the first 2 weeks, so I hooked directly to the unit with no issue. Having said that, I only took off 1 star for those issues because….I use it 5-7 days a week, 6-9 hours a day, on average. I take it on and off and slide out phone throughout day and it’s held up well in my opinion. I do think the lobster claw clips should be more heavy duty for size / weight of chain as it’s carrying a lot of weight with phone. Only issue that makes me nervous after expensive camera fix. I have been stopped countless times at the store by men and women with compliments and inquiries about purchase. I show them the AD on Amazon to purchase. I think it’s beautiful….and just ordered another today as my current one is shot after 1 year 6 months on continual daily use. Fingers crossed they make some minor changes to upgrade clips. I’ll keep ordering and sharing AD so others can purchase, as well. With upgrades, DEFINITELY would earn 5 stars.
