What do lemon, turmeric and kojic acid do in this soap?
Lemon brings vitamin C that refresh dull-looking skin. Turmeric is a traditional botanical used for its antioxidant properties. Kojic acid is a widely used brightening ingredient in skincare. Together help reduce the appearance of dark spots.
Can I use it on underarms, knees and elbows?
Yes. Many customers use it on underarms, knees and elbows, where friction and shaving can leave skin looking uneven. Use daily, leave on for 60 seconds, then rinse thoroughly.
Will it dry out or irritate my skin?
It is made with shea butter and amino acids to help cushion the wash, and it is SLS free. Kojic acid is an active, so if your skin tends to be dry, start every other day and moisturize after rinsing.
How long should I use it before judging results?
Consistency matters more than speed. We suggest using it once daily and continuing for at least 4 weeks before judging results. Results vary by skin type, concern and routine.
Is it vegan and cruelty free?
Yes. Our bars are made without animal ingredients and are not tested on animals. They are also made without SLS, parabens or phthalates.
