Is there a reason the serum doesn’t fill the bottle completely?
Yes! Our bottle is designed with extra room at the top, filled with inert gas. This removes oxygen, which can degrade Vitamin C, and helps keep your serum fresh and potent for longer.
Does a variation in color affect the quality or effectiveness of the serum?
It’s normal for the serum’s color to vary slightly – A lighter or darker shade than pictured doesn’t mean it’s expired or less effective! The amber color can change a bit, and you can refer to the color gradients above to see the normal range.
How do you apply this serum?
Squeeze the base of the clear tip to deliver 3-5 drops of the serum either to your fingertip or directly to your face. Apply in the morning on clean skin and follow with a moisturizer & SPF.
This serum is fragrance-free, but sometimes I notice a slight scent. What am I smelling?
Correct! Our serum is fragrance free – meaning we do not add any additional fragrance to the formula. What you’re likely noticing is the natural scent of the ingredients themselves.
