Example Recipe: Retinol Serum with Hyaluronic Acid (Basic Recipe)
1/4 tsp Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid Powder)60 drops Leucidal SF Complete 1 oz distilled water27 drops RESURRECTIONbeauty Retinol Liposome Cosmetic Additive (3% use rate)
Add Hyaluronic Acid Powder and Leucidal to water while mixing (or SHAKE vigorously in a closed container). The mixture will start to thicken and form a gel. When using the SHAKE method, it may take up to 4 hours or more for the gel to completely blend into the water. Occasional agitation throughout this time is recommended to help the gel form. Refrigeration is needed when not using a preservative. Once the gel has formed, stir in the Retinol Liposome.
When Hyaluronic Acid Powder is added to water to form a gel, this gel can then be incorporated into your favorite hydrating lotions, luxurious creams, shampoos, and more. Use the gel as a base for other active ingredients like L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) powder, niacinamide powder, ferulic acid, panthenol, and more.
