Thoroughly wet hair. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in pams then work into roots.Rinse out and repeat if desired.Apply conditioner, concentrating on the ends.Let sit for 1-3 minutes, then rinse with cold water.
PRO TIP: Your shampoo & conditioner work in opposite direction. Wash only your scalp (you don’t need to shampoo the ends of your hair), and condition only your ends (as they are the driest part of the hair).
