Why is “FN” flashing with a white light?
The ”FN“ key is the low battery indicator. It flashes white when the keyboard is at a low battery, reminding you that you need to charge the keyboard.
Is it possible to switch keyboard layers by shortcut keys?
You can switch to layer 1/2/3 by pressing “FN + Z/X/C”. You can check the layer on the keyboard by pressing “FN + V”.
If I lose my 2.4GHz wireless dongle, where can I buy one?
We sell a replaceable 2.4ghz wireless dongle separately. It is compatible with many models of keyboards in our shop.
