Please check the Smartphone Compatibility List; If yours in not on the list, It is recommended to use the smartphonewith a weight of 150 to 300 grams, a width of 50 to 90 mm and a thickness of 6.9 to 10mm.
How to solve slightly un-level issue after powering on?
1.Please check the smartphone is mounted on the correct place of the phone clamp. 2.Enter app ZY Cami, finished Auto Calibration. Or using Level Trim function in PC ZhiyunUpgrade/Calibration Tool.
Gimbal not able to be Chargered?
1. Please make sure that your Wall Charger supports 5V or 9V output, and also supports Standard PD protocol; 2. Change another Type C cable and Charger; 3. Contact the seller from your order detail page for support if you are not sure.
Can l power on the SMOOTH 5s in storage state?
Nope, before powering on, please unlock all three axes and expand the gimbal, and thenmount the smartphone and well-balanced it
